S+V1 (V-s/-es -> he, she, it) She likes to eat sweets.

S + don't /doesn't + V1 She doesn't like sweets.

Habits, routine, facts/timeless truth, actions in general, scheduled events in the future (timetable: transport, school, movies), permanent action.


PRESENT CONTINUOUS

S + be (am/is/are) + V-ing I'm working now.

S + be + not + V-ing

Be + S + V-ing Are you working now?


action now, temporary action, longer action around now, in the middle of action/process, fixed in the future (appointments, reservations..)
